MDI’28 | CAT’25 99.39 | Ex - Innovaccer, Datacurve.ai (YC W24), LeetCode | Founder -100DaysDsa | LNMIIT CSE’25
Over the past few years, my journey has been driven by one simple question: how can I use my skills to create impact at scale? I graduated from LNMIIT in 2025 with a degree in Computer Science, and am currently pursuing an MBA at MDI Gurgaon (expected graduation: 2028), where I’m broadening my perspective beyond engineering into business, strategy, and systems thinking. During my time at LNMIIT, I worked with Innovaccer, building healthcare analytics solutions for U.S. health systems. I joined as a 6-month intern during my final semester and earned a performance-based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO), continuing with the team for nearly a year. Working in a highly regulated healthcare environment taught me that solving problems is not just about writing efficient code, but about balancing accuracy, compliance, and real-world impact. Alongside this, my experience at Datacurve (YC W24) exposed me to fast-paced startup execution. From building AI training datasets to scaling contributor networks across IITs, NITs, and global communities, I saw how the right mix of talent, systems, and strategy can accelerate growth. Beyond work, mentoring has been a constant. Through #100DaysDSA, I’ve guided 500+ learners, and nothing feels more rewarding than seeing them grow into strong problem solvers and secure opportunities they once aspired to. What ties all of this together is a deep interest in solving meaningful problems at the intersection of technology, people, and systems. I’m now increasingly exploring opportunities where I can work on larger business problems, build scalable systems, and create impact beyond individual contributions. Always open to conversations around technology, strategy, and building from 0 to 1 🚀

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's experience spans data engineering, data science, and even talent management, showing a broad interest and ability to adapt to different roles. The involvement in teaching and LeetCode problem review/testing indicates a collaborative and quality-focused mindset. The diverse project exposure, including healthcare and AI model training, suggests an openness to varied challenges. However, the target role is 'Data Analyst', and while the candidate has strong data engineering and some data science skills, direct experience focused purely on advanced analytical reporting, business intelligence, and stakeholder communication for data analysis is less explicit compared to data pipeline and model building. This might require some adjustment to a pure analyst role.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through LeetCode roles and TA positions. Experience in teaching and mentoring suggests good communication and leadership potential. The role at Datacurve highlights talent acquisition and program management, indicating organizational and strategic thinking. The candidate's diverse experiences suggest adaptability and a proactive learning attitude.
