I’m the Founder & Curator of CTO Grand Rounds and the CEO & Founder of Dinarys GmbH. I build trusted spaces for technical leaders, founders, and operators to meet around the questions that rarely fit neatly into a board deck: judgement, execution, scale, pressure, and what it really takes to move a company forward. For the past 12+ years, I’ve worked with complex, data-driven organisations across retail, food, subscription, and platform-led businesses. At Dinarys, we help leadership teams turn insight into execution: aligning technology, operations, data, and delivery so that growth does not collapse under its own complexity. My work is about making progress possible where strategy is clear, but execution is hard. CTO Grand Rounds grew from the same belief. The best companies are not built by technology alone. They are built by people with judgement, experience, and the courage to make difficult decisions at the right time. I’m especially interested in conversations with CTOs, founders, and leadership teams navigating growth, operational complexity, data-led change, platform transformation, or the need for stronger technical execution. Alongside this work, I invest selectively as an angel in companies where technical depth, operational clarity, and execution quality matter.
