Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse project portfolio, including personal projects in Elixir, Node.js, and Elm, demonstrates a strong passion for technology and continuous learning. Their academic background in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Business Informatics) combined with practical experience in data science projects suggests an ability to bridge technical and business requirements. However, the primary professional experience is heavily skewed towards software engineering and SRE, which is not a direct match for a Data Analyst role, potentially indicating a need for a career transition or upskilling in specific data analysis tools and methodologies.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience at Google as a Tech Lead and SRE suggests strong leadership, problem-solving, and incident response capabilities. Participation in internal expert communities and mentoring indicates a collaborative and knowledge-sharing mindset. The project descriptions are clear and well-structured, implying good communication skills.
