Head of Product & Analytics @ Styli (Landmark Group) | I build product orgs & data-driven growth engines for e-commerce | Ex-Meesho, Microsoft, McKinsey
I build the product function — the team, the operating model, and the growth engine — for e-commerce businesses scaling across India, MENA, and global markets. What sets how I work apart: I started as a data scientist (FICO, McKinsey) before moving into product, so "data-driven" isn't a slogan for me — it's how I was trained. I set the long-term vision, structure the team to execute against it, and go deep enough on metrics and experimentation to make sure we're solving the right problem, not just shipping. At Styli (Landmark Group), I built the Product & Analytics function from scratch — scaling it from 5 to 16 people across a full squad model spanning demand and supply. In under a year we drove 31% YoY GMV growth, launched a marketplace from zero to ~12M AED in 9 months, and shipped an AI-powered semantic search experience that lifted search CTR from 36% to 48%. We also cut RCA time on metric drops from 3–4 days to under 4 hours and made A/B testing mandatory for every release. Before Styli, I led product at Quince (D2C logistics), Meesho (fulfillment quality — drove a $180M NMV impact), Goibibo/Go-MMT (2x+ mobile conversion), and Microsoft Edge (migrated 600M+ users, acquired 8M+ primary-browser users). My earlier years in ML and analytics consulting still shape how I think about product. I'm at my best when a product org needs to be built or rebuilt: defining the squad structure, hiring the team, installing the experimentation culture, and turning ambiguous growth targets into a roadmap with measurable impact. Areas I go deep in: e-commerce & marketplace strategy · demand-side growth & conversion · supply, fulfillment & logistics · search & discovery · experimentation/A-B testing · product org design · applied ML in product. Open to connecting with product leaders, founders, and teams working on hard e-commerce and marketplace problems.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a diverse professional background spanning product management, data science consulting, and analytic science across different industries (e-commerce, banking, travel, tech). This breadth of experience, coupled with entrepreneurial ventures, suggests adaptability and a proactive mindset. The project diversity, including fraud detection and transaction analytics, aligns with the analytical nature of the target role. However, the recent roles are heavily product management focused, which might require a shift in day-to-day responsibilities for a pure Data Analyst role.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills from their various product management roles. Their experience in establishing experimentation cultures and driving data-driven decisions indicates a good operational fit for roles requiring analytical rigor and strategic thinking. Communication skills appear strong based on detailed project descriptions and impact metrics.
