Developed an AI-powered Resume Analyzer using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts to extract and retrieve relevant information from uploaded resume PDFs with 92% retrieval accuracy. Built an interactive web application using Streamlit that allows users to upload resumes and ask contextual questions about candidate skills, projects, and education. Implemented document processing using LangChain with Recursive Character Text Splitting for efficient text chunking and retrieval. Generated semantic embeddings using HuggingFace Sentence Transformers and stored them in a FAISS vector database for similarity-based search. Designed query-based information extraction logic to provide precise and filtered responses instead of returning entire resume content. Improved retrieval quality through dynamic keyword filtering and section-based extraction techniques. Technologies used include Python, Streamlit, LangChain, HuggingFace Embeddings, FAISS Vector Database, Sentence Transformers, and Machine Learning concepts.
REAL-TIME WEATHER PREDICTION SYSTEM
