I am an engineering leader and machine learning expert with experience in building products with massive-scale distributed data pipelines serving personalized content on Twitter and LinkedIn. I currently lead an organization building foundation models for member understanding at LinkedIn. I previously led the home ranking and relevance as well as content ecosystem organizations, responsible for the personalization and relevance of Twitter’s core product surfaces such as home, conversations, video and search. Before this, I led the AI charter for LinkedIn's Jobs and Learning business units and a Foundations team working on core machine learning technologies. I have been working closely with the VP level Product leadership to drive product strategy thru’ AI technologies. Before joining LinkedIn and Twitter, I had a Ph.D. in Machine Learning from Princeton and worked in several notable applied research groups in Google, MERL, and UC Berkeley. I published and refereed papers at top-tier ML & AI venues such as UAI, ICML, PAMI.
