As a digital transformation pioneer with over 30 years of executive experience across media, e-commerce, fintech, and legaltech, I specialize in turning bold ideas into market standards. I’m the Founder & CEO of Autenti, a pan-European digital trust platform serving 12,000+ companies across highly regulated industries. Previously, I led Allegro Group, Central Europe’s largest e-commerce ecosystem, scaling digital services in 17 countries through innovation, strategic operations, and M&A. My journey began with pioneering work in digital media at Radio RMF and the launch of Interia.pl, one of Poland’s first internet portals. I later drove innovation in multimedia platforms at TVN and Onet, helping to shape early digital content experiences and monetization models. Beyond business leadership, I’ve contributed to shaping the regulatory and institutional landscape of Europe’s digital economy. I co-founded e-Commerce Polska, the business community behind the creation of the Chamber of Digital Economy. This Chamber has played a critical role not only in educating the Polish market but also in co-founding eCommerce Europe—a pan-European industry organization that supports smart digital regulation and fosters trust-based digital growth across the EU.
