Business Billpay -Merchant application, Consumer Billpay (I worked on modernizing this and Billgo, Inlet API) • UI new features and upgrading. Enhanced UI & UX of Consumer and Business BillPay application to follow WCAG AA standards for iPay Solutions. Eg: As of 2020 , WCAG score was very less, like labels, abbreviations, colour, text size, using Sort site tool. Also made website responsive. • Also used Cybersecurity Risk threat tool which monitored security threats in code like XSS, api protection and displayed errors. I resolved those errors to make it risk free. • Used Code Coverage tools and improved unit test code coverage to 95%. • Inlet Ebiller had both Direct brand and Scraped but with usual Login. Added new Api Oath integration on popup which takes AT&T login details.
Billpay Ebillers API Microservices:
January 1, 2020 – December 1, 2020
Project Objective: Providing seamless bill payment experience to customers through single application by multiple E-biller integrations. As a team member, I embraced Agile principles throughout our work. Our Team had a set of cross-functional Developers, scrum master and Product Owner and we followed Scrum, Kanban, XP. Practices: Practiced pair programming, Test driven development, code reviews for Pull requests during our Development to get more feedbacks. Practiced BDD and always sized complex features down into smaller, manageable units of user stories using INVEST criteria. Used multiple Agile tools like collaborative whiteboard, Azure Devops, Jira, Skype, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, Github, Miro etc. Reviewed our burndown charts and Kanban board to visualize our work in progress. Published our product Goal, vision in public portal which acted as an information radiator for stakeholders. Meetings: Did daily scrum meetings every day for 15 minutes to discuss our current progress, the next set of tasks, and also highlighted if there were any blockers. Provided Sprint demos in Sprint review meeting at end of every Sprint to solicit feedback from stakeholders & to identify opportunities for improvement. Actively participated in backlog refinement, ensuring that user stories were clear, concise, and testable. Used Fibonacci, Poker planning and Wide band Delphi techniques in Azure DevOps for estimation to improve the accuracy of our forecasts in Backlog refinement meeting. Participated in retrospectives, collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for improvement in our product, processes, and interpersonal dynamics. We had four quadrants: What went well (Liked), What could have gone well (Lacked), What could we do better (Longed For), What we learned(Learned). Each member will post notes during retro anonymously and then we collectively discuss those points.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse project experience, ranging from core banking systems to AI features and Chrome extensions, indicates adaptability and a broad technical interest. Their involvement in various Agile practices and certifications in project management (PMI-ACP, Certified Project Management Associate) and IT service management (ITIL) suggest a structured yet flexible approach to work, aligning with modern development cultures. The progression through leadership roles in large organizations like Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank also points to an ability to navigate complex corporate environments. However, the current target role of 'Frontend Developer' is a significant departure from their recent Principal Solution Architect role, which might indicate a mismatch in current career aspirations versus the role's expectations for deep, hands-on frontend specialization.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, project management, and communication skills through their various roles as Principal Solution Architect, IT Technical Leader, and Senior Lead Software Engineer. Their experience in leading architecture review forums, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with C-suite executives indicates a high level of operational fit for senior technical roles requiring strategic influence and team guidance. The detailed descriptions of Agile practices, including retrospectives and backlog refinement, suggest a collaborative and improvement-oriented mindset. However, the target role is 'Frontend Developer', which is a significant mismatch with their recent experience as a Principal Solution Architect. While there are frontend projects mentioned, the recent career trajectory is heavily skewed towards architecture and leadership, not hands-on frontend development.
