Product and Technology Executive | CPTO | Building AI-Native Products from Zero to Scale
I build and scale technology products where product, engineering, AI, and commercial execution need to move together. Over the past 15+ years, I have worked across proptech, fintech, healthtech, marketplaces, and venture studios, taking products from early concept to traction, fundraising, operational scale, and acquisition. My background combines senior product and technology leadership with hands-on technical depth, which allows me to operate both at strategy level and close to the actual product architecture. Most recently, I have worked as a fractional CPTO across several ventures, launching AI-enabled products, which processes more than 16 million real estate transactions, and digital invoice discounting platform, supporting a business with $9m+ GMV. I also founded StartWith, co-founded Networth during Antler DXB2, and led venture-building work across 11 startups at RND Ventures. Previously, I was Head of Product at Keyper and WeBuild Ventures, where I helped shape the product vision behind Keyper’s $6.5M pre-seed round and later $34M round. Earlier roles include Ogram, Ghaya Care, Vezeeta, OLX, and Masterkey, where one of the products I led was acquired by Dubizzle. I am now based in Denmark and looking for senior product and technology leadership roles where I can help companies build better products, use AI pragmatically, and move from strategy to execution faster.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's career trajectory shows a strong inclination towards entrepreneurial environments, venture building, and innovation. The experience with various startups and the focus on AI-native and Web3 products aligns with a culture that values agility, rapid iteration, and disruptive technologies. The role at RnDAO specifically mentions Web3 and blockchain, indicating a direct interest and some experience in the target domain. However, the overall resume leans heavily towards product management and leadership rather than hands-on Web3 development, which might require a cultural adjustment if the target role is purely technical.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience as a Fractional CPO/CPTO and Head of Product across multiple ventures indicates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational execution skills. The descriptions highlight abilities in team recruitment, workflow implementation, and stakeholder management. The advisory role at Harvard Business Review suggests a commitment to thought leadership and strategic influence. The candidate appears to be a self-starter capable of navigating ambiguity and driving results in dynamic environments.
