The main objective of this program is to implement the enhanced level of warranty system claim control to capability to pay the right amount. There is a special module called SFR ‘Select for Review’ is to select the clam is to be paid or reject. Responsibilities: Working as a Manual tester to write the test cases. Creating test cases to cover the new feature testing. Executed test cases to identity software defects and report them to development team. Performed Functional, Regression, sanity testing. Defects in Rally board. Involved in Daily standup meetings and in Review meetings with the client.
Meta Portal Android based product testing

A Meta Portal Android based product which has multiple devices including touch and TV which allows Portal for Business and work. In this process we are testing the device to ensure the hardware and software functionalities such as (battery, screen, touch sensors, Wi-Fi, calling, Photos, Photobooth, applications) and other tests are working properly before it is getting release to the consumers. Responsibilities: Testing the device as part of the new features implemented with respect to base and third-party applications, regression and core system functionalities on daily basis. Involved in GUI Testing, Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Validations Testing, Regression Testing, Photobooth, FB Watch. FB Live, KPI and End-to End testing. Involved in testing the Meeting applications like Webex, Teams, Zoom, Goto Meetings. Understanding the requirement of released Apps and New features. Reporting Bugs in TASK Tracking Tool by executing all Test Cases and updating the bugs on daily basis with new builds. Pushing the newly released Apk’s using internal tool or using ADB for testing. Interacting with development team for getting the bugs fixed. Logging and tracking defects in Task tool till closure. Involved in weekly defect review meetings. Involving in daily Sync up meetings, weekly calls with team and giving the updates about the testing progress. Pro-actively participating in daily Action items and Team Deliverables.
