I bring 20+ years of Business Transformation, Technology Leadership and Operational Experience working with F500 companies. As Deputy to the Chief Technology Officer I am responsible for running all day-to-day operations globally. I manage EY’s $1bn investment in software applications supporting EY’s business services and managing a workforce of 4,500 people. My strength lies in the execution of large-scale complex challenges. Throughout my consulting career I have been able to establish long lasting trusted client relationships. At Accenture I served as a Managing Director for their Artificial Intelligence practice driving their go-to-market, capability development and talent management strategy. Prior to AI I have been responsible for growing Accenture’s SAP business globally in their TelCo, High-Tech, Media & Entertainment and Aerospace & Defense industry segments, representing a $650m P&L and responsibilities for over 3,000 people in global delivery teams. I have sold and worked on business and technology transformation projects in countries across Western Europe, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, and Canada and the US, where I now reside. Aside from my work at EY I am passionate about supporting Upwardly Global. As a first generation immigrant to the US, I support their mission to eliminate employment barriers for legal immigrant and refugee professionals, and advance the inclusion of their skills into the U.S. economy.
