Certified Agile Project Manager / Release Train Engineer
My primary objective as a Release Train Engineer is a “Servant Leader” and coach for the Agile Release Train. I facilitate the ART events, processes and assist the teams in delivering value. My primary objective in Project Management is to facilitate the completion of projects within set mandates, budget and time, whilst ensuring that standards and specifications are met to generate maximum investment returns and meet customer requirements. I accomplish this by implementing management techniques, appropriate control, risk management strategies, and conflict intervention with my superiors and the project team. As a result, I capture high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty from my customers (both internal and external). Of my 22 years working experience which includes 14 years’ experience in telecommunications has broadened my knowledge of the ICT industry and improved my ability to adapt with changing circumstances which is inevitable in any industry. I am fixated on excellent customer service through professional communication, negotiation and time management skills during all engagements.
