Implemented exponential backoff retries and Dead Letter Queues (DLQ) to prevent message loss and ensure fault-tolerant communication across services. • Integrated Prometheus and Grafana for observability, tracking HTTP latency, Kafka consumer lag, and active WebSocket connections. Used Redis caching to reduce database calls and improve low-latency data access. • Containerized services using Docker and implemented CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to automate builds and deployments, ensuring scalable, reliable, and zero-downtime systems.
