VirtualFit - AI-Powered Virtual Try-On System
February 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026
Built a virtual try-on system where users can see how clothes look on them before buying — works both as a web app (React) and a mobile app (Flutter), so it’s accessible on whatever device someone’s using. Two modes: static try-on where you upload your photo and a clothing image and get a realistic composite output using a pre-trained vision model; and live try-on where the camera detects body posture in real time and overlays clothing as you move. Handled the Python image processing service that generates the try-on results, the Node.js backend for user auth and request handling, and the PostgreSQL database for storing user and job data. Got all three talking to each other cleanly.
Library Management System
August 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025
Full-stack web app to manage books, student records, and checkouts — designed the database schema, wrote the SQL queries, built the Django backend, and made a frontend that was actually easy to use. Spent some time thinking through the edge cases — what happens with concurrent checkouts, duplicate records, that kind of thing — and made sure the validation logic handled them properly.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's academic projects demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to learning and applying diverse technologies, which aligns with an innovative culture. The experience at NVIDIA, even as a data annotator, shows exposure to industry-standard AI development pipelines. The breadth of skills across AI/ML, web development, and databases suggests adaptability and a willingness to tackle different challenges. Participation in coding competitions and poster presentations indicates a competitive spirit and engagement in academic communities.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's project descriptions highlight an ability to think through edge cases and design user-friendly interfaces, suggesting problem-solving skills and a user-centric approach. The NVIDIA role indicates attention to detail and structured feedback provision. The data analytics internship shows initiative in automation and data presentation. However, without direct interview data, assessing stress handling, team collaboration, and direct communication clarity is limited.
