Research Philosopher: Interpretability, Alignment and Morphology · Founder, Per Stellar · PhD Philosophy, Paris 8 · Paris ✨
Chief philosopher and founder of Per Stellar, the first Morphica House. I design morphological forms for intelligent systems, lenses composed from cross-civilizational traditions. Working from Paris and Dubai with frontier labs, sovereign initiatives, and research institutions on morphological activation for language and embodied intelligence. I also work and write on constitutional, ethical and interpretability dimensions of frontier AI models. My articles originate from the synthesis of close readings of AI research papers and create practical meaning bridges with continental philosophy (Heidegger, Michel Henry, Deleuze, Marx), Sufi metaphysics (especially Ibn Arabi and the Anatolian tradition), phenomenology of consciousness, biological morphology, and formal studies of shape. PhD in Philosophy, Université Paris 8. Dissertation: Des Soufis à Marx: l'extase et le corps. I founded and organized international philosophy conferences in Paris and Istanbul, bringing together Slavoj Žižek, Alain Badiou, Jacques Rancière, Jean-Luc Nancy, Giorgio Agamben, Peter Sloterdijk, Bernard Stiegler, Antonio Negri, and Jean-Luc Marion. Author of Living and You (Ether Books). Currently completing the final edits of Wonder and Wander (Fall 2026), a critique of computationalism in machine consciousness debates.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's background is heavily rooted in philosophy, publishing, and conceptual design, with recent ventures touching upon AI and blockchain. While this demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a unique perspective, there is a significant gap in direct technical experience relevant to a 'Web3 Developer' role. The cultural fit for a highly technical, hands-on development team might be challenging without demonstrated coding proficiency or project contributions in Web3.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong entrepreneurial drive and leadership through founding multiple companies. The descriptions suggest a focus on conceptualization, strategic thinking, and cultural initiatives. However, there is insufficient data to assess typical operational soft skills like teamwork, conflict resolution, or adaptability in a traditional corporate setting.
