***Open to all LinkedIN Invitations*** The pinnacle of my professional corporate career was most likely achieved while as SVP of Technology at Digitas, at the time, the premier digital marketing firm in the Boston area, maybe the United States. At the end at Digitas, I led two major contextual marketing builds for eBay and the Boston Globe. It was fun tracking from coast to coast , building great solutions for brand clients, until of course it was no longer fun. Things change. The key is to enjoy the change. Today, my team and I (yes, just hired someone, totally excited!) leverage all the skills, experience and connections I had gained from my executive work at great companies (EDS, Epsilon, KPMG, PWC, BusinessEdge, Digitas, Pluris and IconStaff) to be a great recruiter. Every day, I leverage what I have learned about marketing, creative, analytics, product, sales, software engineering, IT and engineering to have content rich discussion that match candidates and clients. If you need help finding the next role, want to start a search for great people or just want to know what I know about SEO, media analytics, Java, product management or weight loss (this one is easy, eat a lot less and exercise) just call me at 1-617-899-5094 or drop me a line domenic@blueskyclarity.com.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a diverse career path, moving from technical engineering to consulting, sales, and recruitment. This demonstrates adaptability and a broad understanding of business functions. However, the recent shift away from direct technical roles might indicate a different career trajectory than a typical backend engineer. The long tenure in recruitment roles (2009-present) suggests a preference for non-technical, client-facing, or business development roles, which may not align with a pure backend engineering culture.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume indicates strong leadership, sales, and client management skills, suggesting an ability to drive initiatives and manage complex projects. Experience in defining service offerings and managing P&L points to business acumen. However, the recent roles are heavily focused on recruitment and principal consulting, which may not directly align with a hands-on backend engineering role.
