The Diwali Sales Data Analysis Web Application is a Django-based platform that allows users to upload Diwali sales data in CSV format and automatically perform data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and basic machine learning analysis. The application visualizes key business insights-such as top customers, best-selling product categories, gender and age-based purchasing trends, state-wise sales performance, and feature correlations-using charts and graphs for easy interpretation. Key Points: • Tech Stack: Python, Django, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, HTML5, CSS3 • Developed an interactive Django-based web app allowing users to upload CSV files for data analysis. • Implemented data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory analysis with automated summary reports. • Visualized sales trends, customer demographics, and purchase behavior using Matplotlib & Seaborn. • Added dark mode, responsive UI, and dynamic graphs for improved user experience. • Ensured secure file handling using Django forms, achieving smooth end-to-end analysis workflow. Conclusion: The project successfully converts raw Diwali sales data into clear business insights using Django and Python. It improved my skills in data analysis, visualization, and It proves my ability to build a complete end-to-end data analytics application.
