Your Benefit Resources/Upoint is a web-based application in U.S provided and administered by Wipro for its entire clients. This website enables participants (employees who work for the client) are able to use this website. • To project their pension benefits basis on certain assumptions (for e.g., Term date and Commencement date, a participant is planning to retire) • To start the retirement process online • To view the details of Pension payments and the Plan provisions a participant has chosen • To update general details (For e.g., Address, Phone no., Mobile no., Email address, Delivery preference etc)

TBA is a Wipro propriety tool. This is a Graphical User Interface used by Wipro to administer Pension Benefits. On GUI, we have automated various flows. For e.g., Retirement, Pension Projections, Death, QDRO flow for pension benefits and Beneficiary flow when Original participant dies, Overpayment etc. Also we have made provisional changes based on the requirements and tested in all phases.
