View ProjectRPHAX
December 26, 2021 – February 25, 2023
RPHAX provides a quick automation flow to develop and prototype hardware accelerators on Xilinx FPGAs. Currently, the framework has support for AXI-Stream IP with Single Master and Single Slave Template. The user can code the Hardware Accelerator in TL-Verilog/Verilog/System Verilog and use this flow to automatically package into an IP and create a Zynq based block design.

View ProjectCultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project portfolio is heavily skewed towards hardware design, FPGA development, and embedded systems, with a strong academic background in these areas (IIT Madras, GSoC). While there is one current role listed as 'Data Scientist' at IIT Madras, there are no projects or skills explicitly demonstrating data science expertise (e.g., machine learning, statistical modeling, data analysis tools beyond basic Python/Jupyter Notebook). This indicates a significant mismatch with the 'Data Scientist' target role, suggesting a potential lack of cultural fit for a pure data science team without a strong hardware/embedded component.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's project descriptions are concise but lack detail regarding problem-solving approaches, team collaboration, or specific contributions, making it difficult to assess soft skills and operational fit. The focus on hardware and embedded systems suggests a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
