I have spent 25 years at the intersection of academic leadership, research, and institution building and the question that has driven me throughout is: how do we build business schools that are globally credible and locally relevant? My journey began as with an engineering degree at MNIT Jaipur, deepened through a PGDM at IIM Calcutta, and has since evolved through a PhD and a career spanning quality assurance, marketing, and finally, the world of management education, where I found my calling. As Associate Dean at Woxsen University, I have led the institution through some of its most consequential milestones: EFMD accreditation (2023,2026), active AACSB candidacy with a PRT visit due in 2026, and earlier, NBA accreditation(2019). Few academics in India have navigated the full spectrum of AACSB, EFMD, NBA, and NAAC and I bring hands-on, end-to-end experience across all of them. On the research front, I author teaching cases published by the Kellogg School of Management, available on Harvard Business Publishing covering Indian business stories like Tata-Air India, Viacom18, and Blinkit. My journal publications appear in ABDC A and Scopus Q1 outlets, including the Journal of Consumer Behaviour. I also edited a book on Predictive Analytics and Generative AI for Marketing published by CRC Press, and have contributed chapters to over eight volumes across Springer Nature and other publishers. My teaching spans Consumer Psychology, Services Marketing, Strategic Marketing, and Retail Management, consistently rated above 4.5/5 by students. As Programme Director, I scaled MBA revenues by 250% in three years, treating the programme as a genuine business unit.
