Built a FastAPI backend that accepts CSV uploads, auto-creates SQLite tables with inferred column types, and answers natural language questions by generating and executing SQL. Integrated a FAISS-based RAG pipeline to embed table schemas using a local Ollama embedding model and retrieve relevant context at query time. Used a local LLM (Qwen2.5-Coder) via Ollama to generate SQLite queries from natural language prompts with a structured prompt template. Implemented a self-correction loop that detects SQL execution errors and re-prompts the LLM to fix the query, retrying up to 2 times before returning a structured error response. Designed a health check endpoint to report Ollama reachability and loaded schema count, with graceful degradation when the LLM service is unavailable.

Built a full-stack chatbot that analyzes user messages for both sentiment and emotion in real time. Used FastAPI for backend APIs and React for the frontend chat interface and dashboard. Integrated Gemini AI for empathetic conversational replies and HuggingFace NLP models for sentiment & emotion detection. Added visual insights such as pie charts, trend lines, daily comparison, and downloadable PDF reports. Stored only daily aggregated emotion summaries using Supabase, keeping raw chat messages private.
