AI Engineer @ Google | Tech Lead | Building Specialized Agent-Based Systems
I design and build AI-powered systems, focused on transforming complex problems into minimalist, elegant solutions. At Google, I work as an AI Engineer and Tech Lead, where I design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and machine learning systems on Google Cloud. Projects I've Led and Developed: - Personalized AI sports assistant and fan engagement app - Implemented real-time in-game toxicity detection systems - Created game matchmakers for multiplayer games - Designed computer vision systems for theme park experiences - Analyzed gameplay data for anti-cheat, playtesting, and quality control - AI-powered NPC and player agents integrated into game engines - Developed multiplayer games with embedded AI using Unity - Built AI chatbots for player support, guest assistance, and video asset search - Multi-agent systems using Google Cloud ADK, custom tools, and MCP My current focus is building AI-powered systems, applying the latest advancements in multi-agent workflows, vector embeddings, backend and frontend engineering, and custom integrations. I work to turn technology into practical systems, all while (attempting to) stay ahead of the relentless pace of AI. While most modern applications now involve AI to deliver value, I believe the real goal of technology is to make our lives better, not just to chase what’s new. Sometimes, it’s thoughtful, creative engineering that makes the biggest impact. Let’s connect if you’re exploring AI agents, building intelligent automation systems, or just need a second set of eyes on your project. --- Education: M.S. in Analytics, Institute for Advanced Analytics at North Carolina State B.S. in Electrical Engineering, University of Akron

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a strong background in AI/ML and data analytics across multiple prominent tech companies (Google, Coinbase, SAS, Hortonworks), demonstrating adaptability and exposure to various corporate cultures. Their experience as an Adjunct Professor and co-founder also suggests an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to contribute to knowledge sharing. However, the target role is 'Data Analyst' while their recent experience is heavily skewed towards 'AI Engineer' and 'ML Solutions Architect', which might indicate a potential mismatch in the expected day-to-day responsibilities and a possible overqualification for a pure analyst role. The breadth of skills and project diversity are high, but the direct alignment with a typical 'Data Analyst' role is moderate, leaning more towards advanced data science or ML engineering.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's extensive experience in architecting solutions, leading teams, and instructing at a university suggests strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Their diverse roles across different companies and technologies indicate adaptability and a proactive approach to learning. The role as an Adjunct Professor also highlights an ability to simplify complex topics and mentor.
