View ProjectCultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project portfolio shows a focus on personal projects, some of which appear to be bootcamp assignments or interview tests. While this demonstrates initiative, the lack of diverse team projects or open-source contributions makes it difficult to fully assess cultural fit. The current role as a Frontend Developer aligns with the target role, but the overall breadth of experience outside of core frontend technologies is limited.
