I was responsible for building and maintaining the entire backend architecture, including API development, authentication, delivery management, and payment integration. The goal was to create a scalable and secure system capable of handling large volumes of orders and real-time tracking of deliveries. This project involved close collaboration with mobile app developers and front-end teams to ensure smooth API integration and a seamless user experience. The platform also features admin control panels for order monitoring, customer management, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities & Contributions: Designed and developed RESTful APIs for app functionalities, including product search, order placement, delivery tracking, and payment processing. Implemented secure payment gateway integration for online transactions and refunds. Built authentication and authorization modules using JWT for role-based access. Developed backend logic for order lifecycle — from placement to delivery confirmation. Integrated delivery partner APIs for live tracking and status updates.
