As part of the Amplify project, I was responsible for both automation and manual testing activities. I designed and developed an automation framework using Playwright BDD with Cucumber BDD, following the Page Object Model (POM) structure to ensure scalability and maintainability. I successfully prepared and delivered an automation demo for the client to showcase the test framework and its capabilities. In addition to automation, I was involved in manual testing of the Maintenance and Onboarding modules - executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring a smooth user experience across all releases. I collaborated closely with developers and business analysts, using JIRA for defect tracking and test management. Development and test scripting were primarily done in VS Code. Validate the end to end signature process through Docusign.

Responsible for performing end-to-end Manual Testing of key modules such as file management, note sheets, user access control, and document tracking. Also contributed to API testing using Postman and RestAssured, validating RESTful services for internal file movement and authentication workflows. Supported automation testing efforts using Selenium WebDriver, and maintained scripts using TestNG and Maven.
WhatsApp Integrated Messaging Platform

Worked on the quality assurance of WhatsApp-integrated messaging systems, AI-based chatbots, and robotic automation tools.
