Temporal Clustering of Human Actions for Complex Activity Analysis using Kinect
October 1, 2014 – March 1, 2015
Developed an innovative technology that identifies complex human activities. Designed and Developed software that analyses human motion for assistive robots, factory & sports supervision. Temporal Clustering is used to group set of smaller activities based on sequence of these activities which enables the system to learn the human motion and the new complex activity is identified using clusters prepared using Aligned Clustering Algorithms. For being the best project in category "Software Development - Adaptive Technology", this project was awarded Gold Medal at Apogee 2015.
Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has experience across different company types (startups, established tech companies) and roles (full-time, freelance), suggesting adaptability. The early projects in AI/ML and image processing, while not directly frontend, show a diverse technical interest and a drive for innovation. The target role is 'Frontend Developer', and the recent experience as 'Founding Frontend Architect' and 'Lead Software Engineer' aligns well with this. However, the lack of explicit frontend technologies in the resume's skill sections for recent roles makes it difficult to fully assess the depth of frontend cultural fit.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's career progression to Lead and Architect roles suggests strong leadership, problem-solving, and potentially good communication skills. The project descriptions, while brief, indicate an ability to articulate technical achievements. The experience in various company sizes and types implies adaptability and a collaborative mindset. However, without specific psychometric or communication test results, a definitive assessment of soft skills and operational fit is limited.
