Through Supply chain optimization, I lowered the Global E2E Transaction time by half and this way PLC time dropped %30, OTIF hit the target of %98. Earning the L2 Certificate for transportation and AOE Certificate for Import/Export processes let me maximize our efficiency in international transactions. Overall, because of my additional CRM responsibility, I have developed customer centric strategies in the supply chain eco system and lowered customer complaints by 90%.

Receiving goods with appointment system thru all suppliers. This gives us to organize all receiving strategy and optimizing the inventory take in process based on seasons, product or supply type. Result: Increased the efficiency of Stock taking for 30% more. Avoided the Overtime costs for Warehouses.

This project lets us to improve the stock in processing and speed up the movements from door to stock. This way, we can create pre-records on system and have a chance to compare it with reading data from the site. The differences are subject to second control. Result: Increasing the accuracy by 15% and invoicing the Supplier mistakes ontime and gaining reliability.
