Building Mo @ Alan - The first AI health companion
AI is analyzing your overall score…
Identifying your key strengths…
Evaluating your skill match against the job requirements…
Assessing your cultural and operational fit
We just launched Mo, the first AI health companion in Europe. Mo answers health and wellbeing questions 24/7, remembers the context that makes your health journey unique, and always helps you get from words to actions (booking that doctor you've been postponing, understanding that medical exam result, ...). I'm building out a unique multi-disciplinary (software, AI, growth, regulatory) team to push the limits of what preventive healthcare means, and set the standard of AI health products in Europe. Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse experience across startups (Hera, Inato, Qynapse) and larger companies (Alan, LiveRamp) suggests adaptability to different organizational cultures. Their entrepreneurial background as a co-founder indicates initiative and a results-oriented mindset. The focus on healthcare tech (Alan, Qynapse) and educational software (Studiare) shows an interest in impactful applications. However, the target role is 'Computer Vision', and the candidate's recent experience is heavily skewed towards Product Management, which might indicate a misalignment with a purely technical Computer Vision engineering role.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership and product management skills through roles as Co-founder & CEO at Hera and multiple Product Manager positions at Alan and Inato. This indicates an ability to lead teams, define product strategy, and drive execution. Experience in a startup environment (YCombinator) suggests adaptability and a proactive attitude. However, the recent shift to primarily product management roles might mean a reduced hands-on technical contribution in Computer Vision.
