CTO at CircularUnite | Co-Founder at Chinova AI | Enterprise AI Execution - from pilot to production
hands-on CTO focused on moving enterprise AI from pilot to production. Currently CTO at CircularUnite, leading production AI systems for sustainability and enterprise data platforms, used by major institutions in Singapore. I’m also a co-founder of Chinova AI, building an AI agent orchestration platform focused on integration, governance, and production reliability. While building the platform, I advise select companies on production AI deployment to stay close to real implementation challenges. The pattern I see repeatedly: Most AI initiatives don’t fail because of models. They fail because of: integration into existing systems production risk and governance unclear delivery ownership at scale Previously, I spent 11 years at IBM delivering large-scale enterprise systems, and co-founded Morpheus Labs — an enterprise Web3 platform with partnerships including HUAWEI CLOUD, Ant Group, and Tencent Cloud. I take on 1–2 execution-focused engagements at a time where senior technical leadership is needed to move AI initiatives safely into production. If you’re under pressure to scale AI systems responsibly and need hands-on technical leadership, feel free to reach out.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's background spans large enterprises (IBM, UOB) and multiple startups (Morpheus Labs, Chinova AI, Circular Unite), indicating adaptability to different organizational cultures. Their entrepreneurial ventures in AI and Web3 align with a culture that values innovation, rapid development, and strategic vision. The target role of 'Web3 Developer' is partially aligned with their CTO and co-founder experience in Web3 and Blockchain, but the 'developer' aspect might require a deeper dive into recent hands-on coding proficiency. The breadth of experience suggests a candidate who can contribute to strategic direction and technical execution, fitting well into a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's career trajectory from a programmer to a CTO and co-founder, coupled with extensive consulting experience at IBM, suggests strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. Their involvement in multiple startups indicates a high tolerance for ambiguity, innovation, and a proactive approach to operational challenges. The descriptions of their roles at Chinova AI and Circular Unite highlight a focus on production-ready AI adoption, system integration, governance, and operational scaling, which are critical for senior technical leadership roles.
