Developed reusable test blocks and libraries in TOSCA to encapsulate common test logic and functionalities, promoting code reusability and maintainability. Expertise in creating and managing buffers in TOSCA, enabling dynamic data handling and manipulation during test execution. Collaborated closely with development teams to troubleshoot test execution issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of testing workflows.
Project #2: Bank in Kenya
December 1, 2021 – June 1, 2026
Validating the performance of Core, API's and C24 applications of the bank in Kenya region. Responsibilities: Recorded and created performance test scripts using Apache JMeter, capturing user interactions with web applications and APIs. Utilized correlation methodologies in JMeter to handle dynamic session variables, tokens, and other context-sensitive data, ensuring accurate emulation of user sessions and API calls. Implemented parameterization strategies to efficiently vary input data such as user credentials, payloads, and request headers, enhancing test realism and coverage. Utilized JMeter's built-in features such as CSV datasets, user-defined variables, and functions to dynamically generate and inject test data into HTTP requests and API calls. Implemented assertions in JMeter to validate API responses, ensuring data accuracy, status codes, response times, and content validation. Developed utility for creating data records with huge sizes. Successfully conducted end-to-end testing of C24 message flows using JMeter. Executed load tests to assess system performance under different levels of user concurrency and traffic volume. Analyzed test results and generated comprehensive reports to provide insights into system performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and error rates. Successfully set up and configured FVIT (version 10x and 11x) for clients, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality. Co-ordinate with other team members (Development team, Technical Support, Business Support) to resolve the issues. Provided mentorship and training to team members on best practices for implementing recoding scripts, correlation, parameterization in JMeter.
Project #3: Punjab National Bank – Mobile & Internet Banking Performance Testing
December 1, 2021 – June 1, 2026
Worked at the client location with Punjab National Bank (PNB) systems, validating the performance, scalability, and stability of Mobile Banking and Internet Banking applications. Executed high-volume load testing with up to 33,000 concurrent users on production-like banking environments to ensure application reliability under peak transactional load. Responsibilities: Worked onsite at PNB client location, directly accessing and testing PNB banking systems in a controlled environment. Designed, recorded, and executed performance test scripts using Apache JMeter to simulate real-world user transactions. Implemented correlation techniques to handle dynamic session variables and parameterization using CSV Data Sets for data-driven testing. Developed utilities to generate and manage high-volume test data required for large-scale performance testing. Deployed and executed JMeter scripts on Linux servers, utilizing Linux commands for execution and monitoring. Conducted load and scalability testing with 33,000 concurrent users to measure system behavior under peak load conditions. Monitored and analyzed key performance metrics, including response time, throughput, and error rates. Generated detailed performance analysis reports and shared insights with stakeholders. Coordinated closely with PNB Business Teams, Development, and Technical Support teams onsite to identify bottlenecks, resolve performance issues, and support tuning activities.
