Project – 2 (Client: UNDC, FORESITE, LUMEN, NORTH WESTERN ENERGY(NWE))
June 24, 2026 – Present
Perform pole loading analysis using O-Calc Pro Software to generate reports for poles where new fiber is added in AT&T engineering design areas. Method: Analyze poles with new fiber alongside existing power and communication utilities. Using guidelines from NESC standards mid-span heights and tension charts to calculate pole elevation, ground clearance, and proper tension. Ensure fiber installation stays within MCU (Maximum Capacity Utilization) limits for safety and reliability. Responsibilities: To check all rules given by client are like clearance, HOA heights of poles, fiber installed as per inputs, Completing pole with all requirement. Taking O-calc Reports, MRE (make ready sheets), DA sheets (Data analyst). To complete delivery with production.
LUMOS
June 24, 2026 – Present
Developed a GIS model for LUMOS Fiber Internet Provider using an FTTH splitter architecture. The design starts from the OLT cabinet, distributing F1 fibers through 288- and 144 fiber cables divides of Nodes to FDH boundaries, splicing of F1 fiber with 1x8 splitters (32 home passes) which then generate 1x4 splitters F2 fibers serving MDUs, commercial, and residential areas. Responsibilities: To check design preparation with all Tasks including from Land base, HLD, LLD, BOM, Deliverables. To Complete delivery with production, Q.C within customer premises.
Lumen (CenturyLink (CTL))
June 24, 2026 – Present
Contributed to hybrid networking design leveraging global fiber infrastructure. Skilled in NDS application, Smallworld, and OSP planning. Designed fiber pair counts from CO to X-connectors, manholes, handholes, pedestals, and splices. Experience across underground, buried, and aerial fiber networks. Supported FTTH deployment for residential, commercial, and customer service networks. Responsibilities: Checking and resolving Raised Quality Errors using NDS tool, ensuring accurate pair count connectivity before posting jobs. Experienced in multiple project scopes including missing drawings (MRI), verification of actuals, SAI connectivity, and planning/design for new contracts. Skilled in handling MH & HH fiber cable design.
Project – 3 (Client: LONDON, CANADA (BELL Engineering))
June 24, 2026 – Present
This is a pole loading analysis project. In this project the input data will be received from client in Survey PDF, KML and HLD file format. This data includes the complete details of poles information. Based on that client information we build the pole in Spida software application and we will deliver the output files like Spida report and spida file to the client. Responsibilities: Role in this Project is Production & Quality Check.
Windstream
June 24, 2026 – Present
Designed and mapped Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) network infrastructure for WINDSTREAM, focusing on industrial and commercial areas. Utilized GIS tools to create accurate fiber network models, supporting efficient planning and deployment. Ensured alignment with project objectives by integrating fiber-optic communication delivery methods into large-scale network mapping. Responsibilities: Role in this Project is Production.
Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project experience spans multiple clients and types of fiber network deployments (FTTH, FTTP, pole loading analysis, hybrid networking), indicating a broad exposure to different operational environments and client needs. This diversity suggests an ability to adapt to various organizational cultures and project demands. The consistent role as a 'Telecom Engineer' across different companies and projects aligns well with a technical, delivery-focused culture. The candidate's experience in quality assurance and client coordination also points to a fit within organizations that prioritize accuracy and client relationships. The target role of 'Project Manager' is a significant shift from the 'Telecom Engineer' roles described, which are more technical and production-oriented. While the candidate has experience in 'Delivery Tasks' and 'Client Coordination', the resume does not explicitly detail project management responsibilities such as budgeting, scheduling, risk management, or team leadership, which are crucial for a Project Manager role. This could indicate a gap in cultural fit for a pure project management leadership position without further development.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume highlights strong operational skills in production, quality checking, and delivery tasks. The repeated emphasis on 'Responsibilities' across projects suggests a task-oriented and diligent approach. The focus on client coordination and adherence to standards (NESC) indicates an understanding of operational excellence and client satisfaction. However, without specific behavioral assessment data, it's difficult to fully gauge soft skills like leadership, problem-solving under pressure, or team collaboration beyond what's implied by project roles.
