Global Head of Talent Acquisition | Executive Recruiting & Enterprise TA Leadership | Talent Strategy · Workforce Transformation · HR Innovation
I build and lead talent functions at the intersection of recruiting excellence, people strategy, and organizational transformation. At the Gates Foundation, I lead global recruiting across Recruiting Operations, Talent Programs, and Executive Hiring, partnering directly with the CEO and Chief People Officer on the Foundation's most senior searches. I also drive cross-HR priorities including AI optimization, Opex improvement, and talent management strategy. Prior to Gates, I led 150 recruiting professionals at Meta, and earlier in my career built a deep foundation in enterprise HR and workforce strategy at Microsoft. Talent is one of the most powerful strategic levers an organization has, and I'm energized by the hard problem underneath it: ensuring the right people are aligned to the right opportunities at the right time, in ways that drive both individual growth and organizational impact.
