I'm a machine learning specialist with a particular interest in time series classification and segmentation problems, interpretable models and unusual pattern recognition tasks. I was the first hire at MotionSavvy, where I was responsible for the finger-spelling and sign recognition system, much of the machine learning and data collection back end infrastructure, and large parts of the natural language processing. I am currently seeking a machine learning role.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has experience in diverse environments, from startups (MotionSavvy, Goose Design Co.) to large corporations (Facebook via Advantis Global, Nike via IGNW). Their roles have involved both individual contribution and team management. However, the target role is 'Data Analyst', and while there are strong analytical and data-related skills, the primary roles have been 'Full Stack Programmer' and 'Software Engineer', which might indicate a slight misalignment with a pure analyst role. The breadth of skills is good, but the depth specifically in data analysis tools and methodologies (beyond ML development) is not explicitly detailed.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience at MotionSavvy as the first ML specialist and manager suggests leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Their work on improving pipelines and developing tools indicates a proactive approach to operational efficiency. However, without specific psychometric test results, a detailed assessment of work attitude, stress handling, and team collaboration is not possible.
