Unsupervised Anomaly Detection in Web Click Stream Data

Objective : Search for the anomaly in click stream data given. According to my knowledge, we can apply different approaches and algorithms to identify different types of anomalies as follows. Collective Anomalies : Cluster, Isolation Forest, One Class SVM Contextual Anomalies : Cluster + Point Anomaly Methods Point Anomalies : Elliptic Envelope Ordered Anomalies : Markov Chain, RNN Collective Ordered anomalies : cluster + markov chain Since, we are not given any output variable and also we don't have specific information to find the output variable. This is case of Unsupervised Learning. We also don't have information about which type of anomalies the given data have. Therefore, I have checked for anomalies in the data for 5 Algorithms. Since there is high possibility that the anomalies can be collective, I have taken K-means clustering, Isolation Forest and One Class SVM into consideration. If collective anomalies are of type point categorical, then I have used Elliptic Envelope. To check Ordered anomalies, I have used RNN. RNN will predict one feature based on rest features. And if prediction is highly erronious in some points, then it will consider them as anomalies.
Stock Price Prediction and Time Series Analysis for 32 Companies

This Project is predicting stocks for 32 companies with error less than 1% using LSTM Networks. I have not used pre-built models. I have trained LSTM NN models for All 32 companies listed below. The data considered here is of 2 years for all companies. From (1 Nov,2016) to (31 Oct,2018). I have developed the project step by step. Information about each step is described in the README file of github repository.

This Project contains the implementation of K-means algorithm to compress the image. K-means algorithm is an unsupervised learning algorithm and used to form clusters and used here for dimensionality reduction.
Face Detection and Recognition

I have used OpenCV library in python. I have programmed this project such that it is detecting faces both in images as well as videos. I have also put the facility to add images of anybody else. Photos will be stored in the people folder with the folder of your name. Then, algorithm will train the model based on all images stored in the people folder. And now, whenever you give the image or video, It will detect the face and shows the name of person if the images of the person is stored in the people folder, otherwise shows Unknown. I have used three different algorithms to detect faces in images. (1) Eigen Faces (2) Fisher Faces (3) LBPH Faces I have used LBPH Faces algorithm to detect faces in Videos.
