Built an interactive Power BI dashboard on Aadhaar enrolment trends across 49 states and 965 districts using 10.06L+ records from the official UIDAI API dataset. Combined 3 CSV files using Power Query Append Queries; created DAX measures for Total Enrolment, Year, and Target Enrolment (10L) to track KPI performance. Revealed key insights – September peak at 13.66L, 65.3% enrolments are children under 5, and December fell 12.1% below the 10L target.

Built a Power BI dashboard with KPI cards and trend charts; Branch C Naypyitaw led with 1.10L revenue; Food & Beverages was the top product line.

Analyzed 1,470 employee records across 3 departments using Excel and Power BI to uncover attrition patterns by age, gender, education, and job role. Built DAX measures – Attrition Rate (16.12%), Active Employees (1,233), and Average Age (37) – using DIVIDE, COUNTROWS, FILTER, and AVERAGE functions. Dashboard revealed R&D as highest attrition department (133 employees, 56%), age group 25-34 highest risk (112 left), and Lab Technicians most at-risk role (62).
