I've been an entrepreneur since I was 17 and I've been building with AI since before it was mainstream. My PhD in Multi-Agent Systems at DFKI (2006) gave me a deep understanding of how AI systems work — the same principles that now power today's agentic AI wave. But I'm not an academic. Since 2006, I've been in the real world — co-founding technology companies, building AI-powered products, and helping more than 600 startups, SMBs, and corporations turn technology into scalable business models. What sets me apart is that I operate at the intersection of three worlds: AI/Technology, Product, and Business. I call it the "Magic Triangle." → AI without a product is research. → A product without a business model doesn't scale. → A business model without the right technology can't compete. I don't just understand the tech — I know how to turn it into a product that scales into a sustainable business.
