I'm an Engineering Manager who connects what the business needs with what engineering can build. I lead product-minded teams that ship real value, not just software that works. At SEAT CODE I helped cut delivery cycles from 3 months to 2 weeks, and at Ouro I grew an engineering organization from one team to four. Over 10 years I've grown from software engineer to senior Engineering Manager, leading teams of up to eleven people across engineering, product, and design. My approach is to put people first: I help engineers learn and grow, I make sure the team can focus on their work, and I work closely with product and other key stakeholders. My job is to create a place where good people can do their best work. I believe in Agile and Lean methods, with a "delivery first" mindset get things into people's hands as quickly as possible, then improve as needed. I like taking uncertain situations and turning them into clear processes and products that can grow, without forgetting about the people on the team. That mix of caring about the team and delivering results is why I like to share what I have learned with others from mentoring new Engineering Managers to running Agile training for the VW Group. I would like to meet people who care about building engineering teams and creating products that make a difference. Currently leading the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices, including agentic development pipelines that automate implementation from User Stories across full-stack codebases.
