The platform integrates with CRM systems, ticketing tools, payment gateways, and third-party services via REST APIs. Responsibilities: Analyzed NLP model requirements, dataset structures, and API specifications. Validated chatbot accuracy by testing multiple intents & entities. Performed API Testing for conversation engine, context manager, session logs. Executed Functional, Negative & Edge Case testing for chat flows. The system mainly works in four simple steps: Patient Registration, Doctor Scheduling, Billing & Pharmacy, Report Generation. Responsibilities: Reviewed requirement documents and created test plans and test cases for all hospital modules. Performed Functional Testing on patient registration, billing, and appointment modules. Conducted Database Testing to validate data consistency in MySQL for patient records and billing. Carried out Integration Testing between modules (e.g., Doctor → Pharmacy → Billing). Verified data security and patient information confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines. Reported and tracked defects using Jira and participated in defect triage meetings. Coordinated with developers during regression testing after each sprint.
