I’m currently driving Uma Recruiter, an AI hiring agent that moves beyond search to actively match, interview, and evaluate talent — helping clients go from job post to qualified shortlist in hours. This work sits at the core of Upwork’s AI transformation, improving time-to-hire and job fill rates for SMBs.
