I also designed and operationalized end-to-end machine learning pipelines on Databricks using offline and online feature stores, Delta tables, model serving, and managed environments for scalable training and real-time inference. Additionally, I built an Agentic RAG-based L1/L2 support automation platform integrated with Jira workflows, automating 80% of IT/HR support requests and improving resolution efficiency by 60%. My experience also includes developing OCR and document intelligence pipelines, NLP-to-SQL AI systems, and Graph RAG solutions using Neo4j for enterprise knowledge retrieval and intelligent decision-making. I am proficient in Python, AWS, Databricks, OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Neo4j, FAISS, Pinecone, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
