• Experience in strategic HR initiatives and programs, including AI Academy, Hackathons, and Reskill & Relaunch programs, demonstrating a broader HR perspective beyond pure recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with business leaders (VPs, Directors, Engineering Managers) to define hiring needs and forecast workforce demand.
• Experience in campus hiring, volume hiring, and high-priority hiring ramps (e.g., Google project).
