Zebra e-rostering is the Zebra Technologies software solutions used for the workforce scheduling and shift planning. It is the electronic rostering systems solution of Premier IT which is used by healthcare organisations such as NHS(National Health Services) for health and social care professionals. Created and managed the engineer's profile of different role and profession along with distinct area of work/location for applying its shift, leave, DNA, calendar, training, exception and Job Planning. Created a roster template and planner for checking the employees status like it's shift, expenses claims, leave mgmt., training, Non-working day(NWD), Bank Holiday, and Zero Day etc. Created test cases, test scripts, test plans, manuals, and executed it for the UAT, web, and mobile app. testing. Created bug, managed tasks, tracked progress, marked reports and tracked the bugs on the jira software application. Used different testing techniques i.e. functional testing, non-functional testing, and ad-hoc testing for the error detection. Applied UI and GUI testing to improve and fix the user interface of the software. Used SDLC and STLC processes to deliver high-quality software that meets user needs and business objectives. Encountered php errors that are founded on the software while doing UAT, web and mobile app. testing. Maintained reporting section for checking if the data analytics and functionality is working fine of software as per the actual results and customer requirement.
