Upgradation of Ethane Cracker of CAPEX USD 100 million & Debottlenecking of existing PX / PTA Plant to MX / PIA Plant

Managed the brownfield project for the upgradation of an Ethane Cracker (USD 100 million CAPEX) and debottlenecking of existing PX/PTA plants to MX/PIA plants at Reliance Industries Limited. Served as the single point of contact for licensor communications and basic engineering. Responsible for the Cracking Furnace EPCM package, including mechanical, instrumentation, and civil tagged and bulk project engineering and coordination. Oversaw interface management with internal and external stakeholders. Developed and finalized project-specific management procedures (PEP, PQP, PRP, PPP). Ensured timely release of bulk and tag MTOs, equipment MRs, service PRs, and SOQs according to the project schedule. Held end-to-end responsibility for the Furnace package and Instrumentation discipline from licensing through site erection. Documented lessons learned and managed them in the OPA repository. Also involved in business development for refining products and leading sales and marketing teams. Acted as SMAT single point of contact for the project team.
Ammonia Synthesis Gas Generation Plant

Worked on an LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) project for an Ammonia Synthesis Gas Generation Plant (CAPEX USD 120 million) for a fertilizer state PSU client in Gujarat, India. Key responsibilities included pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Provided support during initial plant start-up and Post Guarantee Test Run (PGTR) operations. Assisted in shutdown planning and execution, with a focus on the Reformer and PSA packages. Oversaw completion of mechanical format closures and facilitated client sign-off.
