Hello, I'm Aniket. I work for Datadog. I am based out of India. I am a sales engineer who work with commercial and mid-market enterprises with their instrumentation and observability needs. I’ve worked with diverse clients across sectors like banking, trading, utilities, and more, to design and implement robust data streaming architectures that drive efficiency and business value. One of my key contributions has been establishing a Customer Success function for long-tail customers, developing a comprehensive process that improved customer engagement and satisfaction. Before joining Confluent, I was at Hevo Data, a company providing managed data pipeline-as-a-service. Here, I collaborated with data teams to simplify complex integration scenarios and optimize data flows, helping customers build scalable, real-time data pipelines. At Criteo, a global AdTech leader and Google competitor, I assisted clients in setting up their ad engine and personalized recommendation systems, helping them achieve better targeting and engagement. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Software Engineer for an E-Commerce startup, focusing primarily on the MERN stack. This hands-on experience with full-stack development laid the foundation for my deep understanding of scalable, customer-facing solutions. One of my major achievements has been creating an Assessment Framework for onboarding Solutions Engineers across Confluent, which has enhanced the onboarding process globally.
