AI Marketing, Product Marketing Leader
For over a decade, I built my marketing career across IBM, U.S. and European startups — launching data and AI campaigns, building partner ecosystems, and leading go-to-market strategies for enterprise technology. But everything shifted when I joined Google, working on AI marketing and research. For the first time, I saw how AI wasn’t just powering enterprise tools—it was helping solve real-world problems: detecting wildfires, reducing traffic emissions, and improving health equity. That experience transformed how I think about marketing. Today, I focus on communicating AI’s potential in ways that are clear, useful, and human-centered—working across research, product, and social teams to bring these innovations to life.

Connectivity Manager and Marketing Strategist for Breakwater Chicago
February 1, 2015 – April 1, 2015
During this 2 months consulting project for Breakwater we were tasked to develop full Marketing strategy and Connectivity Plan. The goal being to make this unique new floating island in Lake Michigan an international destination for dining, relaxation, and entertainment. We have attracted partners to accelerate conversations on the ways of connecting the platform to the internet and maintain its security systems, as well as loyalty programs, TV streaming, employee tracking, etc. We were tasked with discovering the buyer personas and tactics to marketing most effectively to each target audience. Conducting competitive analysis to determine each audience was the first task. We then began designing landing pages for each, as well as the social media plans for pre and post launch. Our final deliverable was a full marketing plan optimized to cater both the CEOs and investors requirements.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project diversity and breadth of skills are strong within marketing, project management, and business development. However, there is no evidence of cultural fit for a 'Frontend Developer' role, as the entire professional history and project portfolio are devoid of any technical development experience. The candidate's experience is primarily in business, marketing, and event management, which does not align with the technical requirements of a frontend development position.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume indicates strong soft skills in strategic vision, stakeholder management, market research, customer research, product marketing, content strategy, go-to-market strategy, project management, and account management. These skills are highly valuable in operational roles requiring cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning. However, the target role is 'Frontend Developer', which is a significant mismatch with the candidate's demonstrated experience.
