General Manager, Global AI Commercial Business, Cloud & AI Platforms at Microsoft
I've spent 20+ years at Microsoft building AI platforms, technical partner ecosystems, and the teams that make both scale. Currently I lead Microsoft's Global AI Commercial Business and Forward Deployed Engineering organization. My teams are embedded with Fortune 500 enterprises, ISVs, Digital Natives, and global system integrators, including Accenture, TCS, and Infosys, as technical partners, owning pre-sales, solution architecture, and production deployment end-to-end. We build joint GenAI solutions and reference architectures that GSI and cloud partners replicate across their customer bases, driving indirect revenue through the partner ecosystem rather than one deal at a time. Previously, as Partner Director for Microsoft Foundry, I built the technical GTM and partner enablement model that moved GSI and cloud partners from AI pilots to production, through joint GTM motions and co-developed solution plays designed to scale through partners, not just alongside them. I bring hands-on depth in LLM architecture, API integration, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks, enabling me to lead pre-sales conversations at the architecture level and build trust with both partner engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders. I partnered with AI4Bharat, and Microsoft Research in building Bhashini models, a nationwide multilingual LLM platform built with India's Digital Public Infrastructure, a large-scale example of joint solution development across government, research, and SI partners. I co-founded MLADS, Microsoft's largest internal AI community, and I'm motivated by building partner ecosystems and enablement models that turn frontier AI into production-grade deployments safely, repeatably, and at scale.
