Throughout my career, I have gained experience transforming companies from a Waterfall to an Agile and SAFe mindset during my years of Agile/Scrum experience managing projects in an agile environment. Additionally, I also have ten years of Project Management experience managing different kinds of projects successfully for both corporate, Federal and clients in the Defense space. Being focused on professional growth continues to be important for me as I have developed skills in becoming more of a self-starter, better project manager, agile, agile coaching, scrum, leadership, team management, data analysis, communications management and operational processes during my career. In my spare time, I also have interests in data analytics, cyber security and photography.
