Lead Generation & Outreach Dashboard
January 1, 2026 – March 1, 2026
Developed a Market Intelligence & Outreach Performance dashboard in Tableau to track multi-channel engagement, including Email, LinkedIn, and Call response rates. Engineered a data extraction tracking system that visualized over 10,000+ records processed across UK and US markets to monitor team productivity. Designed interactive KPIs and navigation features in Tableau, allowing the team to filter outreach composition by team member and channel mix. Managed and cleaned datasets (e.g., 10,000+ outreach records across UK and US markets) in Excel using SQL-based logic to ensure accurate reporting of responses and response rate. Created high-impact visualizations that trended on Tableau Public, demonstrating advanced skills in dashboard interactivity and data storytelling.
Customer Churn Analysis
January 1, 2026 – January 1, 2026
Analyzed behavior of 7,043 telecom customers to identify churn patterns based on tenure suggested, contract type, and monthly charges. Engineered new features including contract type buckets and tenure bands to improve segmentation and insights. Generated 11 visualizations (histograms, box plots, heatmaps) to highlight churn-prone segments. Revealed that 38% of churned users were on monthly contracts with less than 3-month tenure, suggesting early engagement strategies.
Hospital Readmission Analysis
September 1, 2025 – September 1, 2025
Cleaned and processed a 10-year dataset of 100,000+ clinical records from 130 U.S. hospitals using SQL to identify key drivers of patient readmission. Engineered diagnostic and demographic features using CTEs and CASE statements to segment patient data into risk buckets like Repeat Visitor. Discovered that 'Repeat Visitors' face a 21.40% early readmission rate—more than double the rate of first-time patients. Identified age-specific health trends using RANK() window functions, revealing high diabetes prevalence in younger patients versus cardiac issues in older adults. Correlated medication complexity with readmission risk, finding that patients on high-count regimens (70+ prescriptions) showed significantly higher return rates.
