Data Science Capstone Project
October 1, 2018 – January 1, 2019
Problem Statement: To identify the pricing dynamics for a leading household cleaning supplies brand. • What is Brand’s total U.S. price elasticity? • Create a robust imputation logic where price data is missing. • Is the price elasticity increasing or decreasing over time? • Which channels are most price elastic? • Which customer segment are most price elastic? • What is the impact of key competitor’s pricing on the target brand? • Create price elasticity curves by key customer segments / time periods? (Elasticity may differ at different price points and we would like to change in elasticity.) Solution Process: We are five members working on caption project. We have started data cleaning process. To understand the data, according to the data interpretation will apply algorithms.
Blue Cloud Migration
October 1, 2016 – March 1, 2017
Everything is moving to cloud because of that all IBM's Domino application servers we have migrated to IBM Blue cloud. We have lifted and shifted all data from on-premise servers and Blue cloud servers. We only build Blue cloud servers for moving all data from on-premise to cloud
Rochester Database Migreation
February 1, 2016 – August 1, 2016
Everything is moving to cloud because of that all IBM's Domino application DBs were consolidated on one environment, so we migrated all Domino application DBs from different environment to our environment. We have migrated almost 1600+ Domino critical application DBs from Rochester environment to our (GNA) environment through FTP.
MailFile Migration to Cloud
October 1, 2015 – April 1, 2016
I worked on user and functional ID mail file migration from on-premise to IBM Smart cloud. We migrated all US, Canada and Latin America users mail file to IBM Smart cloud. It was a big and critical projects because we were migrating mail-files of user. Mail files are very critical but we did great successfully we migrated all mail files to cloud in given time of interval.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a diverse background with experience at large corporations like IBM and Kyndryl, indicating adaptability to structured environments. The range of certifications in AI, Data Science, and Agile methodologies suggests a proactive learning attitude and alignment with modern data-driven cultures. However, the project descriptions are somewhat generic, making it difficult to assess deep cultural alignment beyond a general fit for data-centric roles.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience descriptions highlight the ability to communicate findings (text, charts, graphs) and work on critical projects, suggesting good communication and responsibility. The project descriptions, while brief, indicate involvement in team-based data science projects. However, specific details on problem-solving approaches, collaboration, or leadership in complex scenarios are limited.
