Senior Android Developer @OLX | Ex-Lenskart
I'm a Software Engineer with 6 years of experience in the Android Development area. For Android apps development I typically write code in Kotlin (5+ years) and rarely Java (5+ years). I prefer to follow MVVM & Clean architecture (ViewModel, DataBinding) and modularize my code with DI (Dagger, Hilt). Most of apps what I worked on consume network APIs (Retrofit + OkHttp + Gson). Some of them provide a user with audio/video playback (ExoPlayer) and displaying images (Glide). Also I love expand my skills with new tools (like Jetpack Compose). As a team player I like doing code reviews, conduct interviews, work in close communication with other teams (Design, Back-end)

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has worked in diverse company environments (OLX, Lenskart, Accenture, Oodles), indicating adaptability. The experience aligns well with a product-focused culture, given the emphasis on enhancing user experience. However, the lack of project details makes it difficult to assess collaboration styles or initiative beyond individual contributions. The certifications in Spring/Java backend technologies suggest a broader interest beyond pure mobile, which could be a cultural asset for cross-functional understanding, but also a potential distraction from a dedicated Android role.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume highlights a focus on 'clean architecture' and 'performance-driven development', suggesting an operational fit for roles requiring attention to code quality and efficiency. However, without psychometric test results or interview data, a comprehensive assessment of soft skills like teamwork, problem-solving under pressure, or adaptability is not possible.
